MELLO FM is the only radio station transmitting from the city of Montego Bay, St. James.  The ‘station that plays strong songs’ began test transmission on December 1, 2003 and on November 1, 2004, it began broadcasting to Western Jamaica (St. James, Westmoreland, Trelawny, Hanover  sections of St. Ann and St. Elizabeth).

2010 saw a new revolution in radio as MELLO FM began broadcasting islandwide. It transmits on 88.1Megahertz (MHz) from Catherine’s Peak covering the eastern region of Jamaica; on 88.3 MHz from Huntley Manchester covering the Central region and on 88.5 MHz covering the West  MELLO FM is now very competitive in the market providing entertainment for all with its mellow sound, giving a new and better feel to radio.

Send packages conveniently between our terminals in 10 cities and towns.    Our courier counters are open to receive and deliver packages 7 days per week (Christmas Day being the only exception).

Terms & conditions: The contents of each package will be inspected, please do not seal. We do not transport cash, jewellery, hazardous items (fuel, chemicals, gas, etc), frozen foods.  Consignee must present courier bill number and national/business ID on collection.  

Packages travel on next available space.   Our liability is limited to J$6,000 per shipment or $500 per lb, whichever is greater.

Jamaica Observer Limited is a daily newspaper published in Kingston, Jamaica.

The paper is owned by Butch Stewart, who chartered the paper in January 1993 as a competitor to Jamaica's oldest daily paper,

The Gleaner. Its founding editor is Desmond Allen who is its executive editor – operations. At the time, it became Jamaica's fourth national newspaper. 

It began as a weekly newspaper in March 1993, and in December 1994 it began daily publication. The paper moved to larger facilities as part of its tenth anniversary celebrations in 2004.
